What’s the role?

The title says it all: you will own everything that has any visuals in our company. Starting with our corporate identity, through website, to our product, you will decide about everything from visual language to the shape of the buttons.

• We will give you pretty much all the responsibility you will want to take. We’re not design-illiterate, but we won’t “help” you with putting “that toggle over there, 2 pixels higher”.
• You will hire the team around you and lead them along the way.
• You will decide on the product workflow, cooperate with and participate in hiring the Product Owners
• You will have a very high degree of input into how our product looks like.
• Together with the CTO you will build a robust process on delivering the design and making sure that final products — websites, apps, prints, whatever they’d be — reflect the quality you want.

What you can expect from us?

Background on us: Saket (CEO) was an early stage VC for 3 years (La Famiglia & Global Founders Capital) and previous to that an operator at Rocket Internet. Greg (CTO) has both a finance software and machine learning background, as an ex-Tech Lead at Commerzbank for their web apps and former co-founder of a DevOps ML startup. He’s scaled early technical teams before.
